The rose has commanded an exquisite fascination since the dawn of time. It has inspired artists, writers and poets across the centuries. Its beauty made it the attribute of Aphrodite and then of Venus; in the Middle Ages, as the heroine of the Roman de la Rose, it eclipses all the wonders of the earth… The sweetness of its fragrance captivates the senses and sentiments. Eau Plurielle is a rare scent with many different uses. It is the link, the connection that delicately perfumes both skin and fabric, the body and all the materials that enfold it. It may be used in a variety of ways, and in this respect is similar to Vinaigre de Toilette, with which it shares its streamlined bottle; its simplicity is its strength. Its light mist is reminiscent of the scent of fresh linen that has long been laid on a bed of ivy and Turkish roses.
