A journey to Morocco, a hymn to joy, to the happiness of the journey and the beauty of the encounter. Shukran in Arabic means thank you. The 2nd note of travel (shukran…) is my persona desire to tell through a perfume my travels in Morocco, the sacred ritual for the Berber people and became the daily gesture of the meeting for every traveler in that place, the Mint tea.
Right from the start, this perfume unleashes its beauty, its energy in the green, aromatic, sweet and sparkling notes of Moroccan Dwarf Mint; a riot of vivacity that also involves the notes of Lemon and Litsea cubeba. Every gesture becomes a smile, every moment of this fragrance tells of an encounter; the heart continues its journey, between the aromatic notes of Moroccan chamomile and lemongrass that brings back the more Mediterranean notes of verbena.
Shukran is my gift to a people, a special place in my past, in Morocco I did most of my ethnobotany researches, I wanted to tell the side of my most joyful experience in Morocco, the quiet moments that I spent drinking Moroccan mint tea and writing my travel diary. The mint tea is a convivial moment in Morocco, the men decide to stop and talk about, even if only through their eyes, it’s a scent very important for me, the composition seems simple, but it encloses a lot of emotions.
Encounter is the enchantment of life, the joy of travel, the beauty of knowing the other.
