Step onto the yacht, says Pierre Guillaume invitingly. The scent of Rivages Noirs floats around us, intoxicating our senses, as we gaze at one of the most beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean, and sip at a tumbler of smoky whiskey. A pleasant sea breeze cools our heated skin as darkness falls. Gently and almost meditatively, the anchored boat rises and falls on the rhythmic swell of a peaceful sea. Idly, we agitate our glass, and watch the ice cubes twist and swirl in the single malt whiskey. We are intoxicated – but whether it is by the sea swell, the fragrance swimming in the air around us, or the whiskey, we cannot tell.

Rivages Noirs is a spicy, woody fragrance with rich top notes of whiskey. A gently salty marine breeze floats through the fragrance, providing freshness to the spicy, and woody notes of melon, ginger, cinnamon, saffron, cardamom, vanilla, and oak moss.
