A sign of an infinite life circle.
The smell of an end and the beginning.
From Orto Parisi
Stercus is an olfactory reference to the dung and comes from Latin meaning feces. For Alessandro, the dung is an essential part of the circle of life, lined in between the end and the beginning of an infinite circle of life. A true smell of life and equality. From an olfactory point of view, Stercus has this phenolic sweetness that attracts and animalic tone that might offend.
From Alessandro Gualtieri
“The parts of the body that carry more smell are those where more soul is collected. [. . . .] This project is my garden I have planted, fertilized, cultivated, and harvested. Our body is experienced like a garden, and its smells are a true mirror of our soul.”
