From Meo Fusciuni
Rites de Passage, Meo Fusciunis first perfume, takes us on a delicate and vibrating journey. It has its origin in Istanbul, the Eastern Gate, with a note of black pepper, the magic of bazaars, homesickness, and the delight of holy places. The perfume takes shape inside its mixture and metamorphosis. Rites de Passage travels through a metamorphosis, from the headnote of black pepper, grapefruit, and bergamot, to the heart note of ylang-ylang and geranium. With the deep base note and intimate prayer of incense, the vetiver takes root in the plowed, devastated land, and the red, pulpy sandalwood gushes from the earth and bears the divine resins and the sweetness of benzoin, the power of patchouli.
