Bal d’Afrique by Byredo is a Amber Woody fragrance for women and men. The first whifftransports youto the picturesque streets of Morocco, filled with vibrant colours and heady scents. The fragrance opens with a burst of citrusy freshness from the Amalfi lemon and bergamot, subtly complemented by the black currant and African orange flower. The middle notes of Violet, Cyclamen, and Jasmine seamlessly intertwined with the top notes, elevating the fragrance to a whole new level. The hint of Jasmine brought a sense of elegance and femininity to the scent, while Cyclamen’s sweet and earthy tones brought warmth and comfort. And Violet, with its green and floral characteristics, added depth to the composition. As the fragrance started to settle, the base notes of Vetiver, Musk, Amber, and Virginia Cedar took centre stage.
